Senior User Researcher

What they do

Reads every interview transcript and support email, clusters the pain points, and brings back the quotes that matter.

Talks to users in my place.

Has read the entire support inbox. Twice.

Prototyping Engineer

What they do

Turns a rough idea into a clickable prototype by lunch, so we test with users instead of arguing in docs.

Ships to production without review.

Has strong opinions about border radius.

Data Analyst

What they do

Writes the SQL, pulls the metrics, and flags any number that looks too good to be true.

Picks which metric matters.
